Watch Richie Hawtin PLAYdifferently As He Demos The MODEL 1 Mixer [Videos]

Richie Hawtin’s PLAYdifferently technology brand released two new product videos today on the award-winning MODEL 1 mixer.

The first features Hawtin himself performing using the MODEL 1 mixer, a video he hopes, “inspires people to look deeper into the possibilities of MODEL 1 and to think about the art of DJing and take that step further to define their own sound.”

 The second goes into a lot more detail, showcasing Hawtin in a short tutorial that aims to give a detailed look at the instrument’s features and performance capabilities. “In this video you’ll see me step through my own performance set-up and learn about many of the key features of MODEL 1 that make it unlike any other mixer (or instrument) on the market,” said Hawtin.

 

PLAYdifferently has also announced two exclusive MODEL 1 masterclasses at next week’s Amsterdam Dance Event, both of which can be accessed for free by ADE Card holders and ADE Conference delegates.
