Grammy Award-nominated DJ Sasha is making his debut with Watergate Records. To mark this milestone, he is set to release a hot track off his GameOvr EP — the long-awaited “Trigonometry”.
The EP will also include another original track, the title track “GameOvr’, as well as first class remixes of the track from Cassy and La Fleur. “Trigonometry” has long been a highlight in Sasha’s sets over the last year. For fans who have debated over the track online, pleaded for a Track ID, and/or have asked for the release date, the wait is finally over.
The “GameOvr” EP promises to showcase Sasha’s “tougher” side, with a strong techno track in keeping with his constant focus on the future. Listeners will be treated to the new directions he has explored with regards to his music, with his signature groove still intact.
The announcement of the release comes at the wake of the success of his critically acclaimed sold-out live shows at the Barbican and that of his Out Of Time EP on Kompakt. At the moment, he is also busy gearing up for his RESISTANCE residency with John Digweed in Ibiza, And the EP marks yet another creative landmark in one of the most fruitful and exciting phases in Sasha’s distinguished career.
