June 8th will see Los Angeles-based Prescribed Trax deliver its first-ever label showcase.
Scheduled to take place at the 1720 Warehouse space in Downtown Los Angeles, the night will feature special guest Natalino Nunes, Jays Records owner based in Paris, France. This will be his first LA appearance which will showcase many of his upcoming techno releases. He has signed into labels such as Black Swan, Deeperfect, Transmit, DSR, Night Light, Hi Tek, Mudra Audio, Frequenza, Naked Lunch and more, with support by such as Richie Hawtin, Umek, Sam Paganini, Spartaque, Dubfire, Tiesto, Nihil Young, Tomy DeClerque, Angy Kore, A.Paul, Eric Sneo, DJ Boris, Roger Sanchez, Joseph Capriati and Schubert, just to name a few.
Label night host and Prescribed Trax owner, Michael Cerda, has also invited LA-based Tyler Rouse and Jonny Maven to perform, on top of a performance of his own. Originally from Miami, Florida, Michael has been showcasing worldwide DJs and producers on his podcast Prescribed Trax Sessions on Soundcloud. Since the launch of the imprint, he has signed well known global techno producers such as DJ Ogi, Andrea Frisina, F-Rontal, Natalino Nunes, Hell Driver, Darmec, Vegim, and many more yet to come.
Tyler Rouse is the Co-Founder of Minimal Sessions. With a strong head-start into Minimal and Techno genres, he cultivates a unique vibe, providing an uncommon sound of deep bass, and endless grooves. He has held multiple residencies during his 6 years in the City of Angels, including his current residency at Exchange LA, performing alongside artists such as Green Velvet, Solomun, and Adam Beyer.
Jonny Maven, a Los Angeles based DJ and part of 6AM crew, has showcased his sets at Avalon Hollywood and Grounded 001 kickoff, as well as several other underground events throughout the city. His sets bring a great balance of techno/tech house that will surely leave you wanting more of.
