Record Bosses Slam are storming their own acclaimed label, Soma Records with The Scourge EP. Three intense techno workouts await from the ever-on-form pairing of Slam aka Stuart McMillan & Orde Meikle.
“Deflect” opens with thunderous yet hypnotic percussion driving the track as tension-building synths sear through. “The Passage” amps up the pace as twisted, radioactive synths melt throughout the track guided by missile-like percussive strikes. Keeping up the relentless vibe, the title track “Scourge” brings the pain with the hook serving up severe punishment as Slam’s uncompromising drums thrash solidly from beginning to end.
