Peter Fonda returns to parka this October with the 2snakes EP, celebrating the launch of www.parka.world.
The website will serve as a new platform for hosting exclusive music, mixes, sustainably crafted merch, videos, and resources for community building and more mindful living.
The New York based producer, DJ and promoter is most notably known for his Keep Away From Children party at Bossa Nova Civic Club and Drum Machine Circle performances. His involvement in the New York underground dance community has seen him working behind the scenes for events thrown by Lost Soul Enterprises, Boiler Room, MoMA PS1’s Warm Up and The 407.
‘Mixed Feelings’ gets the EP moving with swirling rhythms, tension building leads and hypnotic melodies that keep you enticed throughout while ‘Overcooked’ lays down a syncopated, breaky groove with dubbed-out textures, rattling highs and introspective sonics working underneath.
‘Purse Snatcher’ makes way for a high-energy techno revolver featuring spiralling fx, captivating atmospheres sweeping above fluttering synths transcending you to a hypnotic state.
