Over the past couple of years, Native Boundaries has established itself as a respected curator of parties that push the boundaries of music and fun in the Los Angeles underground scene. For their first EP, they are working with a mix of up-and-coming local L.A. talent and with some well-respected international artists as well.
This release embodies the spirit of pushing the limits with two originals from Etari who dives into ambiguous, and multi-faceted soundscapes that are beautifully processed vocal samples and tribal influences.
Another L.A. local, User Delusion has created a more aggressive yet beautiful edit to the track “With You”, which is also accompanied by vocal and soulful R&B elements.

Stones Taro has also remixed “With You” with his signature breakbeat, and garage sounds — this rendition also includes more agro basslines that still incorporate a soothing tone. Finally, Berlin Legend Iron Curtis has remixed “Midnight Mood” with a melodic sound that is emotionally captivating to the mind, body, and soul. In this final track, Iron Curtis also implements acid textures and minimal beats that perfectly mesh with the melodic elements.
