Insomniac Events have just announced the first ever dance music event taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
On May 7th, Kaskade will take over the downtown venue with an eighteen-and-over show that marks another milestone in Insomniac’s turbulent relationship with the city of LA.
The Convention Center hosts annual events such as the Los Angeles Auto Show and Anime Expo, and is best known to video gamefans as host to the Electronic Entertainment Expo, also known as E3. Overall, the venue provides 720,000 sq ft of space and parking for over 5,600 cars. It is conveniently located near the Staples Center in the southwest portion of the city’s downtown area and easily accessible via the Pico Metro station.
If you wish to attend, be sure to sign up for the presale on Kaskade’s website. Presale tickets go on sale Wednesday, Feb 24 at 10am PST. Regular tickets on sale Friday, Feb. 26 at 10am PST. For more information on the Los Angeles Convention Center visit the venue’s official website.
