30 years in dance music and yet we can say once more that this has been a huge year for Judge Jules so far, and he isn’t about to stop yet. He is currently touring the world and still maintains his stature as one of the world’s most influential people in dance music.
His world tour this year included another Ibiza residency at Eden and a Judgement reunion party, but also two upcoming Halloween gigs at S2S Festival, Preston and Zombie Fest 4, Norfolk on the 27th October.
With Halloween around the corner and our Digging Deeper feature with Jules already live, we asked Jules to share with us his five go-to Halloween spooky tracks. Enjoy them below!
Azzido Da Bass – Doomsnight
I remember playing this one a lot in the early 2000’s, most notably the Timo Maas mix. A really eerie dubby track which did quite well here in the UK, peaking at #8 on the charts.
Brainbug – Nightmare (Sinister Strings Mix)
Dark spooky strings, and a very special one to me that I’ve always enjoyed playing out.
Kernkraft 400 – Zombie Nation
Huge dark saw leads that cause a great reaction on the dance floor whenever this weapon is used. One that I still play out in my sets quite often to this day.
Max Graham – The Evil ID
This devilishly good tune will keep you awake at nightly hours, and rocking you during nocturnal adventures.
Judge Jules – Dimensions
Released recently on Mike Push’s MPS Recordings, this one features an unmistakable, dark-underground side of trance.
