SN-EB are a duo of Italian techno artists from Padova who have been turning heads with their driving style of peak time techno.
They are already well-respected DJs within their local club scene and they have recently entered the world of production with tracks signed to labels such as Syncopate, Techno Mood and Botanica.
Their latest release is a two track EP on We Are Existence which is a new record label run by Danny Fontana and Annie Hill.
“Reflection” is the EP’s title track and it opens proceedings with its pulsating bass and namesake vocal sample which is layered alongside fast-paced percussion. It builds towards the suspense of a main breakdown section, which ends when the drums slam back and the energy lifts up a gear.
“Acid November” is next up with its thumping kick drum and rising acid line that is fused with synth stabs that have just a hint of euphoria. Its defining feature is the breakdown’s spooky vocal that references Guy Fawkes’ infamous Gunpowder Plot.
