The dynamic production duo of Elyas & Hemissi drop their first Soma release, the Cuflokt EP. With an exciting catalogue of releases individually, the pair come together on this latest release, delivering a solid 4 track EP built with deep, hypnotic and driving sensibilities. The four-track EP is full of dancefloor bombs, with Elyas & Hemissi bringing the groove in their standout release.
The title track “Cuflokt” kicks off with buoyant energy and proper hypnotic vibes. “Cerbère” has a darker, more direct, tone as driving percussion backs slowly building atmospheres and gentle synths hooks. Keeping up with the sinister and driving feel, “Preytoru” balances subtlety with striking dance floor action. “Overa” closes the EP as Elyas & Hemissi once more delve into hypnotic yet melodic territory with the track, this time with more pace added in for good effect.
The Cuflokt EP is out for full release on September 17t, 2021 via Soma Records.
