How would you physically/mentally prepare for raving at Elements? (Knowing that there are the 4 elements stages with different styles etc)

To optimize your raving experience, I would ensure ample rest, stretching/working out the week before, and hydration. Raving is a physically and mentally strenuous activity, and to ensure you can rave your best without feeling fatigued or unwell throughout the weekend, I would do the above!

Do you have a game plan going into these multi-day multiple-stage festivals? If so, what is it? If you don’t have a game plan going in, what are some tips to be able to maximize the fun at these types of festivals?

My game plan going into these multi-day multiple-stage festivals is to keep a level of sobriety to not burn out too fast. I try to drink as much water as possible and to work out as well.

What are the must-have essentials that you take with you while doing the festival circuit both as an artist and a spectator?

  • Portable charger
  • Snacks and protein bars
  • Walkie Talkies
  • Ear plugs (very important for my ears to stay fresh for studio days!)

What do you think people should bring if they want to enhance their experience and they’re able to bring more than just the essentials?

I’m going to reiterate high-quality, dB attenuating ear plugs. This is a good long-term play as Noise Induced Hearing Loss is a real thing! To be able to enjoy raves and music later on in life, taking care of your ears starts now.

Do you have some tips for people who just need a break but don’t feel like joining in the other non-music-related activities?

Yes, get an IV infusion that has vitamins and minerals. It’s a little pricey but it works wonders on the mind and body. It is a speedy reset and you feel reborn after!

What are some tips you have to be able to last the entire 3-day experience?

Constantly be drinking water even if you are not thirsty. Your friends who don’t do this will be wishing they had done it. Once you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated!
