“This is the first stage I’ve ever touched, the first place that’s ever booked me. Thank you for bringing this full circle.” – G Eazy recalls being paid $100 per show at the legendary live music venue, “The New Parish” in Oakland, California.
On January 26, 2019, an intimate crowd of 400 saw The Town star, G-Eazy performed a sold out, 70-minute set.
In addition to G’s homecoming, the venue celebrated their 10-year anniversary with a roster of Bay Area acts opening the set such as ALLBLACK and Kossisko. Profits to show went to G Eazy’s nonprofit organization, The Endless Summer Fund. The mission of the charity is to raise awareness and help Bay Area youth reach their full potential and strengthen the local community.
