U Make Me Shy is a track that sums up Lee Foss’ sound quite nicely. With retro house stabs, a rubbery bassline, and a sleazy…almost inaudible vocal, it is a perfect showcase of the sound that got him to where he is today. You can expect similar vibes like this from him tonight.
If I Were You starts off strong with a filtered lead that soon turns into polyphonic warmth. The drums keep the groove locked in, and the “If I Were You” vocal comes through the mix as if it’s speaking directly to the dance floor. Staying true to the Hot Creations sound, the break down is full of synthetic weirdness only to bring it back into a deep drop. If I were you, I’d be looking forward to his set tonight to experience his sound the way it was meant to be heard.
