Field Trip 05: A Night at Fabric, London

This week, we close our eyes and imagine ourselves at Fabric for a night of techno that can and should be appreciated in an environment like that club. It’s never too early to start dreaming; on Saturday November 15th, the rooms at Fabric will be taken over by a stellar lineup of underground talent. Take a look at why we’d want to make a Field Trip for this one. Three rooms of nothing but outstanding music at Fabric this weekend. Event on Resident Advisor: Fabric with Desolat and guests

Room 1

Loco Dice

Guti (Live)

Hector

Room 2

Terry Francis

Marcel Fengler

KiNK (Live)

 Room 3

Richy Ahmed

Nathan Barato

Pirate Copy

Between these three rooms, clubbers will have their hands full this weekend. The Desolat crew will certainly be bringing their signature tech house sound, and with Guti contributing a live performance that will only add more to the vibe of the main room. That being said, Hector always finds a way to deliver slick rolling grooves to the dance floor. Check out his guestmix for THUMP right here:

The same can be said about KiNK’s live performance. Los Angeles was lucky enough to have him dazzle us with his live performance at Lot 613 towards the end of summer, so I can only begin to imagine the music onslaught that is to come in Room 2. And to sweeten the deal a little, let’s toss Berghain resident Marcel Fengler into the mix and you have one banging party going on.

Room 3 completes the night perfectly with Ahmed and Barato, both having recently released on Hot Creations. You can have a listen to the two respective releases of Richy Ahmed and Nathan Barato on Beatport. With three rooms of stacked talent like this, it’s no wonder why Fabric is held in such high esteem in the international clubbing community. One of the most powerful and clear sound systems in conjunction with a phenomenal booking policy makes Fabric one of the most respected nightlife institutions in the world.

Club nights around the world consistently have the best to offer when it comes to quality dance music. Nights like this at Fabric portray just that. An eclectic mix of artists ranging from Desolat to Berghain, this party should not be missed by anyone within a 100 mile radius of London. Check it out next week to see what event our Field Trip takes us to…or…wish it took us to.
