DJ Tennis and Acid Pauli Took Over Los Angeles’ Chinatown for Open-To-Close Soirée (Photo Album)

This past Saturday night Los Angeles promoters Future Primitive took over Gin Ling Way once more, bringing DJ Tennis back for a special all-night-long soirée alongside Acid Pauli.

The sold-out show delivered and then some, the event a real vibe from beginning to end. Figureheads of left field house and electronica, DJ Tennis and Acid Pauli, went back-to-back from open to close for the day-into-night party which ended at midnight, taking revelers on psychedelic journeys, carefully moulded to their respective time and place. The genre palette, as expected, was broad, but carefully curated, pushing the musical envelope in a seamless blending of avant-garde electro, soulful house grooves, and driving tech.

Words won’t do the experience justice, but the setting was just as perfect as the music on display. Luckily for those who weren’t lucky enough to be in attendance, we got out hands on a select number of photos courtesy of Christian Villareal, all of which depict the joy, vibe and uniqueness of the event.

Enjoy the photos below, and ensure you do not miss 2020’s edition: after what we experienced, we are sure there will be one!
