Hosting a weekly event in Los Angeles is no easy task, but Clinic Wednesdays has succeeded due to well thought out bookings and a dedicated following in search of the intelligent sounds of the underground.
This summer Clinic has hosted notable artists from across the dance spectrum, and continue their stride over the coming months. This intimate Hollywood venue is the perfect location to experience very personal sets with some of the best that the underground has to offer. Here’s what Clinic Wednesdays has in store for September and October.
It’s hypnotic. It’s emotional. It’s groovy. Rampue consistently finds ways to bring forth a memorable live set that stimulates both the mind and body. The power of a live set is that it can go in any direction at a moments notice, and with Rampue at the helm the musical story of the evening will be an enticing one at that. Additional support for the evening comes from Los Angeles natives Enzo Muro and Modus.
With an album release under their belt, and releases on labels like Kindisch and Superfreq, Dance Spirt is paving a clear path for their musical vision. Encompassing many areas and sounds within electronic music, Dance Spirit has the experience and creative talent to put on an excellent show, with the intimate venue of Couture being perfect for a late Summer showcase.
Appearing as a regular on the iconic label, Kompakt, there’s few dance floors that Patrice Baumel hasn’t seen. From the late Trouw in Amsterdam to Space, Ibiza, he’s serviced them all. With his appearance at Clinic Wednesdays being a very rare Los Angeles appearance, this is one that any fan of electronic music would be hard-pressed to miss.
Miguel Puente has quickly made an impact on the underground circuit, and has established a name for himself with a signature sound of deep and tech house. Miguel Puente has taken his sound all over the world with an impressive resume of club sets and releases on labels such as Akbal Musi, No. 19 Music, Diynamic, and many more.

There aren’t too many better ways to end a summer than an intimate showcase of forward thinking electronic music.
