City Hearts Festival returns to Downtown Los Angeles this weekend on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of November, 2019!
The Desert Hearts festival has the intention to continue spreading as much love and positive energy as possible while reuniting their Family in a location that’s easily accessible for all of Southern California.
Insomniac‘s premier house and techno festival, Secret Project, is back for its second year with an equally impressive lineup to boot. Embracing the outdoor, day-time environment, Insomniac opted for more melodic and mellifluous sounds as compared to their annual Halloween massive, Escape, which is bringing the heavy-hitters who belong in darkness.
The most notable artists on this year’s Secret Project lineup are Four Tet, Modeselektor live, a solo set from Dixon and a back-to-back from Helena Hauff and Nina Kraviz. There are also some serious talents coming back for round two including Peggy Gou and DJ Tennis who will be hosting his own Life and Death Stage.
REFORM is a day into night event concept founded by 6AM Group and Synthetik Minds that aims to showcase and elevate the presence of cutting-edge electronic music, with a focus on quality techno and house.
The debut of the REFORM brand is scheduled to take place on September 1st, Sunday of Labor Day Weekend 2019. The event is split into two uniquely programmed events at two distinct locations in Los Angeles, for what will be a total of 15 hours of high quality, diverse techno.
Green Velvet‘s infamous party brand, La La Land, is coming back to Los Angeles this summer for an all-day outdoor takeover, and we’re giving away two tickets to the show!
As one of the most recognizable names in dance music, Green Velvet has conquered every aspect of the culture. Over the last 25 years, he’s made more than one name for himself, literally. Starting out behind the decks as Cajmere just when house music’s relationship with Chicago was truly beginning, he’s since established himself as a force in every regard to house and techno.
On June 30, 2019, Dubfire will return to Los Angeles for a special day-into-night extended set at The Viaduct.
Beginning his career in the early ’90s as a part of the Grammy-winning duo, Deep Dish, Dubfire – real name Ali Shirazinia- has established a pristine reputation as a DJ, live musician, and label-head of Sci-Tec Digital. Never confined by any definition of house and techno, his list of collaborations in the studio and behind the decks is as impressive as it is diverse, including fellow tastemakers like Nicole Moudaber, Paco Osuna, Hot Since 82, and even tech-house wunderkind, Fisher. As always with his recent sets, he will boast Richie Hawtin’s Model 1 mixer for the best possible sound output, as well as a slew of other hardware that makes his sets truly one-of-a-kind (especially when they’re extended).
Festival season is upon us, and 1 hour outside of Montreal, Canada you can find AIM Electronic Music Festival, offering an unparalleled festival experience, where attendees may immerse themselves in more than 24 hours of non-stop music, while camping amidst nature and friends.
This year’s edition marks the 5th anniversary of AIM, in which the festival will be taking it back to their roots, with a curated lineup which will offer longer set times, for the ultimate musical journey. This year’s theme is ‘Monolithes City’ – which is a trip into the concrete jungle, an urban tale annexed into nature held firmly by its roots. Somewhere by the water or between the trees, we take to dancing, as with the past, this primitive ritual cannot be erased!
