Northern Nights Music Festival is one of the most anticipated music festivals of the summer on the United States’ West Coast. This year, the festival celebrates its 5th year with not only more music, fun, and unmatched vibes but also with a historic milestone to celebrate as well. The 5th Northern Nights Festival edition will not only see the return of last year’s beloved and trailblazing Medical Marijuana Zone, but will also be expanded into something bigger and better.
This year’s Medical Marijuana Zone will be converted into into a full unprecedented state-of-the-art “Tree Lounge” for legal cannabis card holders. And this lounge will be an exclusive, innovative and educational oasis in the center of the festival, a venue for medical marijuana education, on-site doctor recommendations, cannabis sampling, interactive installations, refreshments, and meet-and-greet events with headliners plus performances throughout the festival weekend.
Northern Nights also offers an exclusive “Yoga in the Grove” program which aims to showcase the importance of self care. The activity is curated by Bloom Farms, which seeks to bring safe and enjoyable medicine to patients who use medical cannabis as part of a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle. At the festival you can also find the North Bay Nectar which provides cannabis infused and hemp infused massage oil and other innovative premiere cannabis infused body products made with organic ingredients.
The medical marijuana Tree Lounge aims to to end the 80 year-old stigma and prohibition on marijuana. At the same time, the lounge serves to honor the legacy of their Emerald Triangle location on the borders of Humboldt and Mendocino county.
Outside of the relaxing Tree Lounge, Northern Nights has curated exceptional experiential offerings including a new “Purple Nights” Art Gallery showcasing the works of the finest borosilicate glass artists from around the world.
And of course, Northern Nights 2017 will continue showcase a diverse lineup of internationally renowned and breakout artists such as Living Legends, Jai Wolf, Cherub, Big Wild, G Jones, Moon Boots, Justin Jay and many more. Attendees can expect seeing these artists perform world class productions in an intimate outdoor setting by the Eel River during the day and right next to the Redwoods at night.
For guests who do not have a medical marijuana card, festival attendees can get a cannabis recommendation online from PrestoDoctor at an exclusive discounted rate. Attendees just need to email info@northernnights.org for their code.
