The BPM Festival 2015 is finally upon us. Ten glorious days of quality underground music at the warm tropical paradise in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The line-up at this festival is epic. If you happen to be at the festival, you will be overwhelmed with amazing music. So how does one choose which party to go to? A very difficult question to answer, however, there are a few showcases that you must see. Below we picked one favorite showcase of each day of BPM.
Saturday, Jan. 10
It’s always summer somewhere, and on this night, it’s summer at the Mamita’s Beach Club. All Day I Dream with Lee Burridge, Matthew Dekay, YokoO, and HOJ. You can be sure that this event will be filled with bright spirits with visionary Lee Burridge and friends at the helm. For those not in attendance at the BPM Festival, you can check out the All Day I Dream party courtesy of Be-at TV.

Sunday, Jan. 11
If you’re a house gangster, Mamita’s Beach Club is the place to be on Sunday. DJ Sneak, DJ Heather, Doc Martin, Jesse Perez, Josh Wink, Mark Farina, and Paolo Rocco all throw down. Expect Mark Farina to bring some of his iconic house vibes to set up the rest of the heavy hitters for the Sunday soiree.
Monday, Jan. 12
We start the week off with Smoke N’ Mirrors, a BPM adventure. The lineup: Justin Martin, Thugfucker, Marcus Worgull, Maxxi Soundsystem, Climbers, Shinyobjects, DJM3, Wildkats, Click Click, Job Jobse, Lisboa, and Davia. The adventure starts at La Santanera.
Tuesday, Jan. 13
Octopus Recordings comes to La Santanera rooftop to rock some techno. Sian, J. Phlip (special guest), Oliver Huntemann, and Arjun Vagale. The label had a strong 2014 with many releases staying true to their mantra of groovy pounding techno. For the event at La Santanera, label boss Sian will be a highlight along with Dirtybird guest J. Phlip.
Wednesday, Jan. 14
This is what Paradise must be. An all-star lineup at the Blue Venado Beach Club. Jamie Jones, Steve Lawler, Eats Everything, Lee Foss, Richy Ahmed, Patrick Topping, and wAFF. Jamie Jones has expanded his Paradise vision to be one of the premiere parties worldwide, and the showcase at BPM Festival is a perfect way to kick start the year. The usual suspects like Lee Foss, Patrick Topping, and wAFF are expected; but it’s nice to see Viva label boss, Steve Lawler getting some love from Jones.
Thursday, Jan. 15
Cadenza and Plant E join forces to bring you this monster lineup back at the Mamita’s Beach Club. Luciano, Carl Craig, Stacey Pullen, Moodyman, and Mark Fanciulli. This one is surely not to be missed by anyone attending the festival this week. You can be sure that everyone of these dance legends will be bringing some serious house and techno to Playa del Carmen
Friday, Jan. 16
Start the second weekend with the Tuskegee showcase featuring Seth Troxler B2B The Martinez Brothers, Harvard Bass, and Filsonik at the Blue Parrot.
Saturday, Jan. 17
Relief vs Cajual presents another epic lineup. Green Velvet, Nicole Moudaber, Cajmere, Route 94, Nathan Barato, Doorly, Sonny Fodera, and Gene Farris. It’s all going down at the Blue Parrot Beach Club. Looks like a double header on the lineup with Green Velvet playing both his Green Velvet and Cajmere alias.
Sunday, Jan. 18
As the festival comes to an end, get yourself back to the Blue Parrot Beach Club for The BPM Festival Official Closing Party with Marco Carola alongside Leon. The Italian techno don is no stranger to closing parties; notorious for his Ibiza closing party at Amnesia, this BPM closing extravaganza should make clubbers feel right at home.
As you explore Playa Del Carmen during The BPM Festival, please be safe and responsible. A truly amazing festival that seems to get better and better every year. Enjoy, and let us know what your favorite events were this year!
