To end the week we welcome Berlin-based DJ/Producer and Mother Recordings label owner Nhan Solo for a specially-curated guest mix.
Nhan set off on his mission for dominance of the Deep House music scene in 2012, and in the 6 years that have followed, his enterprise Mother Recordings has provided the perfect haven for him and like-minded musicians to showcase their talents. It´s a healthy bunch of friends, artists and creative heads. Their individual life stories and experiences help to shape a very personal vision of contemporary House music, that received instant positive feedback from the first release on.
An artist who’s talent, vision, and enthusiasm for everything dance related is instantly recognisable upon introduction. Nhan’s personality is infectious and it is no surprise that such esteemed artists as Daniel Dexter, Audiojack, Kevin Knapp, Purple Disco Machine or The Revenge were instantly keen to work with his label from the moment it came about. His personal continuous musical output can or will be found on labels such as Andre Crom´s OFF Recordings, Solomon´s 2DIY4 and of course Mother Recordings. His tracks also have been remixed by respectable members of the scene like Monkey Safari, Ian Pooley, Oliver Dollar, Martin Dawson Kiki, Spencer Parker, Adriatique – just to name a few.
