Frank Spector aka IMPLSE is a DJ/Producer based in Paris. Hip-Hop rooted, he has produced tracks for heavy hitters in the US like Nicki Minaj, Mobb Deep, Freeway and Wu-Tang with his label Get Large Recordz. His productions have secured hit singles for artists and have sold almost four million units.
But he is and always has been a techno degenerate! He loves to state that you wont “find this tribal, almost primal energy, anywhere else but in techno” and we could not agree more!
His productions often reflect this mentality and the last two EPs (under the name IMPLSE) “Prophesy” and “I Know What You Did last Night” were well-received, charting #2, #5 and #16 on Beatport 100. His music has been supported around the world from names such as Maarten de Jong, Pet Duo, Skober, Dimension
