AZA (DJ/ Producer and label owner) a self-taught artist born in California, is proving to be a standout component within the next generation of rising techno artists in North America currently based in the Midwest.
Tapped to perform throughout the United States where she has shared stages with artists such as Green Velvet, Alan Oldham aka DJ T-1000, Stacey Pullen, Gene Farris, Hannah Wants, The Yellowheads and more. She has released on some of the most authentic independent labels the circuit has to offer.

AZA draws an influence from a diverse collection of sound ranging from classical music to her Carribean music roots. Growing up on the traditional sounds of her heritage and singing in operas in San Francisco since the age of 12 fused her unique sound.
Later in life she fell in love with techno music whenn she attended her first Movement festival in Detroit, Michigan. AZA is well known regionally, in the Midwest region of the US for being a dynamic selector in House and Techno music. She is constantly on the move sharing her electrifying energy behind the decks with audiences across the region.
Some of AZA’s following have quoted her sets as being “soul moving”. This is exactly her intention. Her goal is to spread love through music across the globe for the rest of her existence on the planet! She is just getting started.
Currently, she is in the studio working on an EP that will be released on her own imprint Soundbeing Recordings ® this summer. You will find AZA playing at coveted and well known midwestern venues such as The Leland Club in Detroit, TV Lounge, and Primary Club in Chicago.
From that moment on AZA has been even more inspired to continue in her craft of DJing and Producing! She has much more in store for her audiences. This 6AM Guest Mix was mixed at AZA’s home studio in Northern Kentucky on professional decks facing the private woods surrounding her home.
